On Friday 29th November 2013 all Kidd Rapinet’s offices held a fundraising day in support of ShelterBox (www.shelterbox.org) for the relief effort in the Philippines.
Kidd Rapinet’s Farnham office raised £105 towards the firm’s Philippines Disaster Fund by having Famine Thursday on 28th November, when for 12 hours the partners and staff ate and drank only what those directly affected in a disaster area would have – one small portion of boiled rice to eat and only water to drink.
This was followed the next day by a dressing up day in the Farnham office, when the managing partner and some of the staff wore clothing not normally seen in a solicitors’ office.
