We at Kidd Rapinet understand that people who are separating find it difficult to communicate with each other to try and reach agreement on financial issues and arrangements for their children. That is why we can offer clients the option of mediation rather than the traditional legal approach. Through mediation, couples can discuss face to face their arrangements for the future with the help of a neutral third party, a mediator. It provides a safe place to resolve their differences at their own pace and a mediator will help the couple reach agreements which take account of all their needs and concerns. The decision making rests with the parties.

Our mediators are trained and experienced at helping. They are also legally trained which means that we can provide information and guidance on the legal process if that is necessary.
