Kidd Rapinet Solicitors in Castle Street, High Wycombe are pleased to announce the arrival in their Commercial Department of Chris Rawlings, formerly operating as a sole practitioner in the name of Rawlings & Co in the High Street in High Wycombe.

Tim Richardson, Managing Partner at Kidd Rapinet's High Wycombe office, said “I am delighted that Chris has agreed to join us as even though we are fully geared to service the private client sector, including conveyancing, probate, matrimonial and employment matters, we have been looking for a commercial partner for some time. Chris has a broad commercial experience in company acquisition and disposal, commercial leases and property”. Chris added that the range of these specialities meant that he could offer a different service to clients wishing to dispose of or acquire a firm or company in the small to medium size sector. He felt that he was at hand to field their concerns on a range of disciplines as against other larger firms who might have three or four different solicitors to advise on each topic, with obvious fee implications.

Tim saw this as a culmination of a search for personnel to equip the High Wycombe branch of the Firm so as to provide a full service to KR clients in High Wycombe and the surrounding area.

KR are a seven branch firm with offices in an arc around the western side of London from Farnham in the south to Aylesbury in the north, with their Head Office based near Charing Cross in London. They have grown steadily over many years and continue to look for new areas to service their increasing client base.
