I was admitted as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Kidd Rapinet in 2015. I am fluent in Farsi (Persian) which is spoken in Iran, and by minorities in Iraq and the Persian Gulf states. I also speak Dari Persian which is spoken in Afghanistan and Tajik Persian which is spoken in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. I do Immigration, Family and Dispute Resolution.
I regularly undertake all types of points based applications and I have a good deal of experience in dealing with non-points based matters including human rights applications, appeals and judicial review of the Secretary of State’s decisions.
I derive satisfaction from my ability to fight my clients’ causes if I find them fair and just.
