About Philip Wild

Philip was admitted as a solicitor in 1984, becoming a partner in Kidd Rapinet in 1987. He specialises in company & commercial law, employment law and intellectual property law, with particular expertise in mergers & acquisitions, company secretarial, insolvency work, commercial agreements and IT and software licensing work . He has a number of clients in the IT and media sectors.

Philip is married with one young child. He is interested in board and card games, science fiction, alternative rock music, Chelsea Football Club and motor racing. He is a keen hillwalker, who is gradually working away at bagging all the Scottish ’Munros’, and he cycles to work every day.
