About Philip Astles

Philip joined Kidd Rapinet in 1998 and qualified in 2000, becoming a partner in 2003. A commercial solicitor, he is a specialist at negotiating the right deal for his clients. Philip can assist you with the acquisition or sale of a company or business, commercial property matters including business leases, drafting commercial contracts and organising your intellectual property. Basically, if you need help with a commercial deal, he is your man.

In his spare time, Philip enjoys relaxing with his wife and cats at home and – when the opportunity presents itself – digging out ‘Goldie’, the guitar he plays with The Blues Factory band. (Check-out the band at www.bluesfactory.co.uk)
