About Catherine S Banks

Catherine qualified in 1986 and specialises in Family Law including divorce, separation, co-habitation and civil partnerships especially the financial aspects of such matters including high value, complex and international matters. Catherine also deals with private children matters including international child abduction and leave to remain cases. This can be a very difficult time for the individuals and families involved and Catherine’s aim is to deal with them in a sympathetic and civil manner and by advising clearly and acting firmly and promptly to resolve matters, if possibly by agreement. Catherine is a member of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association. Catherine joined the High Wycombe office in January 2004 and became a partner in May 2007. Prior to this Catherine spent most of her career working in London and in specialist Family Law firms.

Catherine is a member of the RHS and a keen gardener and enjoys cooking and country sports.
