About Graeme Bellenger

On qualifying in 1997 Graeme joined the firm's Litigation Department. He specialises in general commercial litigation and will handle disputes in the County Court, High Court and beyond.

Additionally Graeme has developed a sophisticated employment practice. He advises employees and employers alike. This encompasses non contentious issues such as drafting service agreements, TUPE, internal company policies and providing in house training. Graeme also deals with contentious issues that range from drafting and providing advice upon compromise agreements, applications lodged with the Employment Tribunals or the EAT. This covers a diverse range of areas from unfair dismissal to all forms of discrimination, equal pay, protected disclosures, restrictive covenants and many more.

When not working Graeme enjoys windsurfing, skiing, tennis and reading.
