About Claire Rhodes

Claire was admitted as a solicitor in 2002, joined Kidd Rapinet on the merger with Stuchbery Stone in 2005 and became a Partner in 2008. She specialises in commercial property work, including the sale and purchase of commercial property, leasebacks and options, some site acquisitions and sales, and sales and purchases of small businesses. Her landlord and tenant work includes lease negotiations, licences, assignments and sub-leases.

Claire is a Member of Women in Property. Her hobbies include swimming, film and theatre, and looking after her allotment.
