About Chris Henniker

Chris is the Managing Partner of the firm's London Office.  He was admitted as a solicitor in 1978, becoming a partner in Kidd Rapinet on the merger with Steggles Palmer in 1997. Chris specialises in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions work, and also undertakes company secretarial, general commercial, employment, and intellectual property work.

He supports Derby County FC, and also enjoys tennis and skiing.
