About Gooch Heer

Gooch joined Kidd Rapinet in 2003 following the merger with Pullig & Co, where he had worked since 1996 in the firm’s immigration department.

He specialises in all types of immigration and nationality law matters, ranging from business immigration, work permits and HSMP to personal immigration matters such as family settlement, spouses, children and unmarried partners.

Fluent in Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi, Gooch has been a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) for over 10 years and has lectured on immigration law and practice to other practitioners and advisors.
