About John O’Shea

John is the private client partner in the firm’s Aylesbury office. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1978 and joined Kidd Rapinet in 2003.

He deals with administration of estates, contentious probate disputes, wills and powers of attorney, as well as personal injury claims and other litigation and property matters.

John is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists as well as a member of the Law Society’s Probate section and an ADR group accredited mediator.

His outside interests include golf, sailing, travel and good company.
