Denis was admitted as a Solicitor in April 1974.  After an extensive career as a commercial property lawyer (backed by corporate experience) he joined Kidd Rapinet in September 2011. He specialises in acquisitions and sales for both business and investment purposes, secured lending and all types of commercial leases.

He has widespread international connections including developed links with law firms and businesses in India where he travels regularly.

As a Londoner Denis enjoys all that our capital has to offer, is interested in history and likes walking in the Chilterns.
