The law relating to leases is a minefield for the unwary. The wording of leases can be extremely complicated, and our experienced solicitors can advise both landlords and tenants on the problems that could arise.

Our landlord and tenant services include:

  • Business tenancies: including responsibility for repairs and consent for alterations, restrictions on the use of the premises, rental terms, responsibility for complying with legislation such as the Disability Discrimination Act, personal guarantees and rent deposits or other security
