All change at Kidd Rapinet, Farnham

by Sarah Walker on March 5, 2020

If you have lived in the Farnham and surrounding areas, you will be familiar with the name Kidd Rapinet Solicitors, who have been the choice of many families and businesses for the past 60 plus years.

The firm has also been instrumental in supporting the local community and the Farnham Town Council and this will continue again into 2020 with their sponsorship of the Music in the Meadow event and their support for local charity, Farnham Assist and Phyllis Tuckwell.

However, there have been a lot of changes recently at the firm.  The offices in the town centre have undergone a refurbishment but, more importantly, there have been a number of key staff changes and expansion.  The firm has taken on two new Solicitors – one to head up the residential conveyancing department and the second to manage the firm’s private client department.

(Left to right Rebecca Panton and Lucy Eldred)

Rebecca Panton has re-joined Kidd Rapinet having worked with the firm in the past.   Rebecca specialises in private client work and can help clients in drawing up Wills, probate work, court of protection and working with elderly clients, LPAs etc.    Rebecca is assisted by her new paralegal Lucie Wallbridge.    Outside of the office Rebecca is busy with her young children and spends time walking and going on bike rides in the local countryside.

Lucy Eldred has been appointed to run the residential conveyancing team.   She is able to assist in all residential property transactions both locally and in the surrounding areas including sales and purchase, re-mortgages, buy to lets etc.  Lucy joins the team from a firm in the South and is extremely experienced.   She lives in the local area and is able to deal with all cases from start to finish.  Outside of the office Lucy enjoys cooking and spending time watching box sets as avidly as the rest of the Kidd Rapinet team.

In addition to Lucy and Rebecca the Farnham office is headed up by managing partner Emma Rowe (front left) who can help you with your commercial property requirements.   Alan Mason is also key member of the commercial team and a partner.  Kidd Rapinet also have a family team headed up by Sarah Watts (back right) who is assisted by her paralegal Lauren Richardson-Kellam and they can help you with divorce/separation and any other child or family related issues.
