With over 20 years’ legal experience in the property field, I head up the Residential Conveyancing Department at Kidd Rapinet Solicitors, Farnham.
I deal with all transactions for buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties with bespoke legal services for first time buyers through to investor companies with large property portfolios. I call upon my extensive experience in highlighting defective titles, leases, and covenants, clauses and resolving such issues professionally and with ease.
I enjoy guiding clients through every step to make the property process as smooth and stress free as possible whilst never compromising on the high quality of work delivered, guiding my clients through every step by achieving the best possible outcome for all parties
I often work in close collaboration with estate agents, mortgage advisers and accountants as well as lawyers from the firm’s other market-leading practice areas, including family, private client, dispute resolution and commercial teams.

Out of Hours
Hobbies include Taekwondo, member of Surrey Book Club, Avid mountain climber (includes summiting the three peaks), spending time with husband, Alex and 2 teenage children and black Labrador. Travel adventures include Reims, Key West, Palm Springs, Hawaii, Mount Rushmore in Rapid City, India, Singapore and Japan.
Favourite memory is seeing the Northern Lights in Lapland with my family.
