I joined Kidd Rapinet in 1988 on the merger of an Aylesbury firm in which I was senior partner. Whilst I still work for a number of individuals and SME’s who have been my clients for many years, these days my major practice areas are Commercial Property (including Development work) and Company and Commercial work (including Company and business sales and purchases, and some Private Equity investments).
I love working with my clients to achieve their objectives. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see a transaction through to a successful conclusion. As well as using my legal skills I try to act as a ͞protector of the deal to make sure that problems are identified, and action taken to overcome them. The deal itself needs to be looked after to achieve a successful outcome.
