Since joining the firm in 1998, qualifying in 2000 and making partner within my first 3 years, I have spent over two decades advising on complex commercial matters. My role as senior partner is about strengthening Kidd Rapinet’s reputation and nurturing the next generation of talented solicitors.

I am a senior associate in the High Wycombe branch, having joined Kidd Rapinet in May 2018 from local firm Bruce Lance.

I deal predominantly with commercial property matters of all types and sizes. This includes the sale and purchase of commercial properties, and acting for landlords and tenants in the grant and taking of leases.

I also deal with leasehold enfranchisement matters and commercial business sales and purchases.

Having joined Kidd Rapinet in 2016 as a paralegal and subsequently progressing as a trainee with the firm, I completed my period of training and qualified as a solicitor in March 2019. I became a partner in the firm in October 2023.

I am now a part of the Company Commercial department and pride myself on being able to provide a high level of focus to my clients and a clear and ordered approach to transactions, helping to secure favourable outcomes for my clients. I have experience in dealing with a wide manner of corporate clients in addition to individuals who need assistance with commercial matters.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1987 whilst at George & George Solicitors, High Wycombe, becoming a partner in 1988. Following George & George’s incorporation within Bruce Lance & Co, I became a partner of that firm in 2007, joining Kidd Rapinet in 2018.

My practice has focused on property matters, both commercial and residential, along with probate and wills. I deal with a wide range of property matters, including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases of shops, industrial buildings, office buildings, acting for landlords and tenants, acquisition and disposal of development sites, residential sales and purchases.

My clients include private individuals, corporate bodies and charities.
