Our Farnham office has a vacancy for a full-time receptionist – Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.30pm. Duties include:
Answering the phone and booking appointments, answering the door and checking ID, maintaining the boardroom diary, providing refreshments for fee earners and clients in the meeting room, deed/file sending, and retrieving to/from Lawstore. Providing general support to the office including printing, filing, post, dx & archiving
The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to multi-task, and work to tight deadlines where required. Fire warden training/experience would be advantageous but not required.
