We are delighted to announce that with effect from 3 September 2013, the business of Kidd Rapinet is being transferred to Kidd Rapinet LLP, which will carry on the practice from that date but will continue to trade as Kidd Rapinet.
Kidd Rapinet has been in existence as a traditional partnership for almost sixty years, providing high quality legal services to its clients. Kidd Rapinet LLP is a limited liability partnership, which is a more modern business structure for professional firms.
There will be no changes of personnel at the firm (the current partners in the firm on 2 September will have become members of the LLP) and the same lawyers will continue to handle cases in the same way as before. We will continue to use “Kidd Rapinet” as a trading name.
These changes will not affect our clients’ relationship with Kidd Rapinet or with the individual lawyer acting on their behalf and we will continue to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
