I joined Kidd Rapinet in July 2021 as Head of Residential Conveyancing and deal with Freehold and Leasehold residential transactions, both registered and unregistered titles.

I have experience in dealing with diverse cases across conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of houses, flats, new build homes, part exchange, shared ownership, help to buy, buy to let, transfers of equity and re-mortgage work.

With over 10 years’ Conveyancing experience, I can empathise and relate to clients and try and make the conveyancing transaction as stress free as possible.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1987 whilst at George & George Solicitors, High Wycombe, becoming a partner in 1988. Following George & George’s incorporation within Bruce Lance & Co, I became a partner of that firm in 2007, joining Kidd Rapinet in 2018.

My practice has focused on property matters, both commercial and residential, along with probate and wills. I deal with a wide range of property matters, including commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases of shops, industrial buildings, office buildings, acting for landlords and tenants, acquisition and disposal of development sites, residential sales and purchases.

My clients include private individuals, corporate bodies and charities.

I became part of the Kidd Rapinet team in January 2020 and work closely with the Senior Partner/COLP and the Firm’s in-house Accountant/COFA in monitoring and ensuring adherence to reviewing and refining the Firm’s compliance strategies and train all new employees on these procedures. I manage the reporting procedures, review files, ensure that policies and procedures are kept up to date and are strictly followed. I formulate and implement internal policies to help eliminate the risk of the Firm breaching regulations and legal requirements. I am responsible for training on Anti-Money Laundering, Cybercrime, GDPR and organise the Accounts/COFA in-house training for all staff members. I also help with the Firm’s Anti-Money Laundering, Source of Funds queries and deal with all compliance issues

I qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and have been specialising in Family Law for most of the last 30 years. Initially, I worked in Liverpool but moved south and have worked for firms in Aylesbury and Northampton. At various times I have been Head of Department, Partner and Manager.

I was delighted to join Kidd Rapinet in Aylesbury in September 2023. I enjoy helping clients in resolving their family matters especially with children and finances.
