I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 with a firm in Ealing and joined Kidd Rapinet in 2015. I have experience in Commercial and Residential Property transactions. I can assist you in your sale, purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage or lease extension. In relation to Lease extensions I can act for you if you wish to proceed formally through the statutory process or informally following negotiations with the freeholder.

My clients include property investors and developers where I have acted for clients in acquisitions of development plots and the subsequent sale of the new build dwellings. This has included granting new leases for new build flats and drafting Transfers for new build houses.

I then undertook work in the legal field, and I have experience in assisting with Commercial and Residential Property transactions. Having joined Kidd Rapinet in 2016 as a paralegal and subsequently progressing as a trainee with the firm, I completed my period of training and qualified as a solicitor in March 2019. I became a partner in the firm in October 2023.

I am now a part of the Company Commercial department and pride myself on being able to provide a high level of focus to my clients and a clear and ordered approach to transactions, helping to secure favourable outcomes for my clients. I have experience in dealing with a wide manner of corporate clients in addition to individuals who need assistance with commercial matters.

After growing up in Singapore and reading law in Nottingham, I qualified as a solicitor in 2006. After several years of practice in South Buckinghamshire, I joined the Kidd Rapinet team in Slough in 2013. My practice has always been contentious work ranging from disputes between married or unmarried couples, commercial and civil claims, contested wills and employment work. My strength is an ability to take on board large amounts of information, work through the key details and find a solution with a client. I pride myself on a straight talking approach and being able to explain complex legal issues and procedures to a wide range of clients.

My clients include individuals, multi-nationals and small companies. Over the last few years I have built up particular expertise in insolvency claims against directors of insolvent companies.
