I was the senior partner of Howletts who merged with Kidd Rapinet in 2001. I have wide and extensive experience of Commercial Property and built up a substantial property portfolio of Commercial Property for a plc subsidiary of a substantial merchant bank for whom I also acted on their secured lending. I was one of the “pioneers” of Thameside Developments dealing with a development immediately adjacent to Tower Bridge and dealt with one of the very first mixed use developments in Docklands. I continue to act on the acquisition of sites for property developers and the subsequent sales of residential and commercial units having handled literally hundreds of such sales. I also deal with high value residential acquisitions and disposals and I am suited to meet all the needs and requirements of clients.

Out of Hours
Outside interests include a deep interest in Egyptology. For relaxation I enjoy watching my 8 and 16 year old sons play for their local football sides (and in fact prefer this to watching Fulham FC where I and my two sons are season ticket holders!).
