Business Dispute Lawyers

Our Business Dispute Lawyers deliver solutions

It’s a fact of life that disagreements in business happen. Misunderstandings arise and mistakes are made, whether through deliberate or unintentional actions.

Feelings run high, and the stakes can be higher. Whether it’s a large commercial case, an employee issue, a debt, professional negligence, a work dispute with a client or supplier, or a row with a tenant – our first resort is always to aim for a resolution through skilled negotiation. But when the only option is to ask the courts to settle the matter, our trained litigators will advise and act to secure the best outcome for you/your business.

Preparing for your first meeting

Preparing for your first Business Dispute Resolution meeting

When you need dispute resolution advice quickly, it helps to come prepared. We recommend sending us in advance:-

1. Timeline of events: the series of relevant events, in date order, leading to you contacting us
2. Documents relating to any matter: these can include minutes of meetings, any notes/documents, contracts, court orders etc.

This will give us time to review your situation and help you get the most from your first meeting.

When you instruct us it would be helpful if you would bring with you:

  • Proof of ID: valid passport or driving licence
  • Proof of Address: utility bill of bank statement no less than three months old

Possession Claims – As a landlord, how do you protect yourself

The potential consequences of evicting a person from their home, including homelessness, are considered so serious that when it comes to landlord and tenant disputes, the law sometimes feels like it favours the tenant.

We offer you a *free consultation where you can fully explain your situation and receive tangible, honest, expert advice. Other ways we can help

We can help you claim costs for intellectual property infringement, professional negligence, landlord/tenant cases, recovery of commercial debt and much more.
