Chris Henniker

I was admitted as a solicitor in 1978, becoming a partner in Kidd Rapinet on the merger with Steggles Palmer in 1997. I specialise in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, general business advice, commercial agreements, employment law and intellectual property matters. My focus is on getting the deal done for my client.

I am the firm’s representative at CLG (Commercial Lawyers Group), the European and International network of commercial law firms of which Kidd Rapinet is a member, and I have extensive experience of cross-border transactions, working closely with our international contacts.
