Kinga Turek
Solicitor, Slough
I joined Kidd Rapinet in 2019 in the residential property department and subsequently qualified with the firm as a solicitor. I now practice in the firm’s litigation department. I advise on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters. My work includes possession proceedings, arrears recovery, disrepair claims and disputes concerning lease covenants. I also act in property disputes involving boundaries, easements and rights of way, as well as claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. My practice extends to contractual and commercial disputes, employment law matters and contentious probate and trust disputes, including will challenges, executor disputes as well as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. I have experience resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation. I take a pragmatic, commercially focused approach and I am committed to providing clear, practical advice and supporting clients through what can often be complex and challenging disputes.
Kinga has been extremely helpful and dealt with a complicated matter at speed. All information was thoroughly explained to me, outlining what the necessary requirements were and what was needed to conclude this matter at pace. Really appreciate this and the peace of mind you have given me, so thank you very much.
