I specialise in company and commercial law, working alongside Philip Wild, our Company & Commercial Partner in the London Office.
I provide clients with clear and practical commercially focused guidance to support their business interests. I work closely with Philip on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions and on the drafting of commercial agreements. In addition, I provide general advice to clients and perform company secretarial duties.
Before graduating from my LLB in 2024, I had already worked for over two years as a Conveyancing Assistant, dealing primarily with sales and purchases of leasehold property.
Out of Hours
Outside of work I enjoy hosting and attending dinners with family and friends, walking my dog around North London and planning my holidays.
