What is an adult dependant Visa?
The Adult Dependant Relative Visa (ADR) route is for any person aged 18 years or older to be sponsored by a qualifying relative in the UK for settlement purposes.
This visa route is made available to those applying outside the UK. Those persons who wish to make an application inside the UK can do so only under specific and exceptional circumstances on the basis of human rights.

You must be able to demonstrate sufficiently that the care you require is either unavailable or unaffordable.
