Property Deed of Trust

Solicitors for Property Deed of Trust, based in Canary Wharf.

A Deed of Trust or Declaration of Trust is a legally-binding document that records the financial arrangements between joint property owners and/or anyone with a financial interest in the property or land.

A Trust Deed is required if you buy a property with someone else and put in different amounts of money, when a minor inherits a property, when parents buy an investment property on behalf of their children, or when more than four people share ownership of land or property.

Deeds of Trust are especially important if one party wishes to buy another out or if there is an irretrievable breakdown in a relationship.

For an initial in-person or video consultation to discuss a Deed of Trust, please complete the form or call our solicitors on 020 7205 2115.
