Our Aylesbury office are looking for a residential conveyancer/conveyancing solicitor. The role would ideally suit a candidate with 5 or more years’ PQE with Residential Conveyancing, and is now looking to transition into a senior role and develop their career further.
The role involves heading up and running an existing caseload of the full range of high street residential conveyancing, including equity release, new builds (including Help to Buy), shared ownership, and general leasehold work.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow the department with a significant degree of autonomy, but also with appropriate support available from the wider office. Marketing and business development activities will also be required, alongside a full caseload. Full access to the firm’s resources will be provided.
