I am a conveyancing legal executive and have been in private practice since 2005, previously having worked for City and West End firms. I specialise in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, working closely with Paul Taylor and Yogesh Patel. My work includes freehold/leasehold property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, auction work and grants and assignments of shop, restaurant and warehouse leases. I also deal with Right to Buy, shared ownership transactions, transfer of equity and enfranchisement.
