I joined Kidd Rapinet in 2005 upon merger with Stuchbery Stone. I qualified into the property department earlier that year and have now built up many years of experience dealing with a mixture of Residential and Commercial Property matters. I became a Partner in 2013. Working in a fast paced, high pressure environment helping clients achieve their property goals is as rewarding as it is challenging.
I act for individuals, investors and businesses dealing with sales, purchases, leases, lease extensions, remortgages, options, development work and collective enfranchisement. Renowned for my encyclopaedic knowledge of property law and precedent I provide clear concise advice and pragmatic solutions to any problems that arise and ensure the key objectives are met.
