I am a Senior Solicitor (10 years PQE) dealing with all areas of Commercial and Civil litigation, Employment Law, Probate and Costs Litigation to include: Company/Partnership /Shareholder disputes; Company Restorations, Personal Injury; advising upon Employment Tribunal Proceedings, Settlement Agreements, drafting Employment contracts and advising on all aspects of Employer Employee related matters, Debt Collection and Enforcement.
I also deal with Intellectual Property related matters (Copyright Law, Defamation and related matters) with involvements in the UK Phone Hacking Litigation.
My Costs Litigation experience relates to advising upon inter partes costs; preparation of costs budgets and attending costs assessments. I have been involved in a widely reported case on Solicitors Act 1974 assessments of costs, argued to the Supreme Court.
I speak an array of languages to include: Swahili, Punjabi, Hindi and some Italian and Spanish.
