I am versed in advising and seeking resolution on a wide range of General Contentious matters in the areas of Commercial and Civil litigation, Employment Law, Contentious Probate and Costs Litigation, Debt Collection and Enforcement. I also deal with Intellectual Property related matters with previous involvements in the UK Phone Hacking Litigation and matters under the Gambling Act 2005. My Costs Litigation experience relates to advising upon inter partes litigation costs to include costs budgets. I have been involved in a widely reported case on Solicitors Act 1974 assessments of costs, argued to the Supreme Court. My aim remains to assist my clients with their legal disputes with the utmost professionalism and integrity in reaching a viable resolution. I am fluent in: Swahili, Punjabi, Hindi and some Italian and Spanish. I am currently learning to speak French.
