I specialise in residential conveyancing and work very closely with Charlotte Miller, a Partner in the firm.
As a property conveyancer I deal with sales and purchases of flats and houses, whether new builds or older properties. Typical transactions can also include help to buy, buy to let, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, deeds of variation and “staircasing”.
I graduated with a first class Batchelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth.
I am dedicated to making transactions as seamless as possible and providing clarity to clients at every stage.
